Rules for submitted profiles, verification language, proof assets, and public claims.
Submission rules
- Submit accurate business identity, contact, location, and service details.
- Do not submit fake reviews, fake credentials, misleading awards, or unsupported claims.
- Healthcare, legal, financial, and professional claims require extra care and support.
Proof standards
- Private proof files should be uploaded through the dashboard and may be withheld from public display.
- Only approved public details appear on profile pages, certificates, and directory cards.
- Raw licenses, insurance documents, and sensitive credentials should not be published unless intentionally approved.
Public profile standards
- Use clear language that avoids guaranteed outcomes, fake authority, or unsupported superlatives.
- Reputation Elites may request edits before approving a profile or profile update.
- Public status is controlled by review workflow, not payment alone.
